Master Lease Agreement

Operational responsibility transfers to Eskan in full upon handover, in exchange for a guaranteed, fixed rental income irrespective of occupancy.

Hybrid Model

A reduced fixed base rent secures the partnership, combined with a share of revenue generated above an agreed occupancy threshold.

Stable Base, with Upside

Revenue Share Model

Rather than a fixed rent, Eskan shares an agreed percentage of all rental and ancillary revenue generated by the property.

Management Model

Ownership and financial exposure remain fully with the owner, while Eskan acts as the property management partner for a transparent base fee plus performance-based incentives.
